My heartfelt views are as follows.

THE ECONOMY:

The deficit. “I think if we give Glenn Beck the numbers, he can solve the national debt.” I will appoint Mr. Beck to be the economics czar! He will fix it in a week!

Abolish the minimum wage. “Literally, if we took away the minimum wage — if conceivably it was gone — we could potentially virtually wipe out unemployment completely because we would be able to offer jobs at whatever level.” I am sure I could get people to fight over a job paying $5 a day!

Jobs: If we cut the taxes of the rich and corporations, the rich will continue to remain employed! 

''I don't know where they're going to get all this money because we're running out of rich people in this country.'' 

THE WAR:

"Visiting Iraq is like a trip to Mall of America! There is marble and water everywhere." Mission Accomplished!

THE HEALTH:

“Normalization” of homosexuality would lead to “desensitization”

 ‘Do you know that the music for The Lion King movie was written by a gay man?’ The message is: I’m better at what I do, because I’m gay.”

Gay singers should repent after getting cancer.

"And what a bizarre time we're in, when a judge will say to little children that you can't say the pledge of allegiance, but you must learn that homosexuality is normal and you should try it."

''Does that mean that someone's 13-year-old daughter could walk into a sex clinic, have a pregnancy test done, be taken away to the local Planned Parenthood abortion clinic, have their abortion, be back and go home on the school bus? That night, mom and dad are never the wiser.'' 

 

''Death panels are the bureaucracies that President Obama is establishing where bureaucrats will make the decision on who gets health care and how much.

THE SCIENCE:  

"I don't think I give as much credence to my own mind, because I see myself as being very limited and very flawed, and lacking in knowledge and wisdom and understanding. So, I just take the Bible for what it is, I guess, and recognize that I am not a scientist, not trained to be a scientist. I'm not a deep thinker on all of this. I wish I was. I wish I was more knowledgeable, but I'm not a scientist." They try to blind me with science!

“Carbon dioxide is portrayed as harmful. But there isn't even one study that can be produced that shows that carbon dioxide is a harmful gas.”

''Carbon dioxide is natural, it is not harmful, it is a part of Earth's life cycle. And yet we're being told that we have to reduce this natural substance, reduce the American standard of living, to create an arbitrary reduction in something that is naturally occurring in Earth.'' 

“There are hundreds and hundreds of scientists, many of them holding Nobel Prizes, who believe in intelligent design."

THE HISTORY:

THE CULTURE:

"Not all cultures are equal." If you are not white and male, your nothing!

"Congressional liberals ought to be subject to "an expose" by the media because of their views." Conservatives do not need to be exposed and anyone that does not think just the way I do is a hieratic!

Sarah Palin has crashed and burned, again, as a pseudo historian/politician, displaying her ignorance of history. To quote Keith Olbermann, "That woman is an idiot."

With Republicans Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann and Joe Barton defending British Petroleum's colossal oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, it's not hard to see who supports Big Business over the people of the United States. Cosmic cowgirl Sarah continues to support BP via her revelations. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that her husband Todd worked 18 years for BP.

When the debates have ended, the speeches have stopped and we the people go to the polls, it all comes down to this. The Republicans represent the wealthiest Americans, and the Democrats represent the rest of us: "we the people." This is what it's all about in no uncertain terms.

United States Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina, along with other conservative Republican groups, will be boycotting the annual meeting of conservative "value voters" because they're allowing a gay group to participate. Seems like their Big Tent is getting smaller every day.

THE INTERNAL WAR FOR DEMOCRACY IN THE US!

Some folks have NO idea there is a war raging in the USA! 

We have our own home grown terrorists who are out to destroy Democracy as we know it. 

We have a group of Republicans who represent the rich and their corporate keepers like the Koch Brothers and the DeVos family, who would like nothing better than to totally destroy the middle class and create "slaves" to do the work for nothing at their bidding. We have another group of Republicans called the Tea Party whose extreme religious and anti-government views on any of a number of things is enough to scare the devil himself! When you combine the two groups together, you produce a Fascist government with a extreme theocratic leader! Fascism is based on a belief in the supremacy of one national or ethnic group, a contempt for democracy, the insistence on obedience to a powerful leader and a strong demagogic approach.

Sound familiar? It should, because that is exactly what is happening right now in America!  
Look at Governor's Snyder in Michigan, Walker in Wisconsin, Scott in Florida, etc. 
They are working together to "steal" our democracy! They have certainly have had help, even from our own SCOTUS-who is suppose to be working on behalf of "WE THE PEOPLE", but thanks to them we have a new Supreme Court definition of what "people" are! 

  Americans are suffering and the Republicans are continuing to block and obstruct any and all legislation that would remotely flavor economic growth and create jobs. 
The Republicans have come out from under their rock and exposed their plan for this country and they will do anything to appease their corporate masters!  
They are intent on making President Obama a one term President-regardless of the cost! If their plan brings down the entire country so be it!  

The INTENT of taking over our democracy and creating a fascist state to me is sedition and treasonous. Why these people have not been indicted is because for the last 30 years the standards of law have been changed.  

With the rapid vanishing of the middle class, America has become two distinct class societies.

The haves and the have not. The haves basically are allowed to do or say whatever they want with NO accountability or consequences. The have not get to pay with their cash or their liberties.

WE! The American people! Are responsible for this by our apathy, laziness, refusal to educate ourselves about the issues and by not demanding effective resolution for the issues by our elected officials. 
Complacency has a very high price to be paid and WE are paying it right now as your children and their children will have to continue paying for! Some say there is nothing to be done.

I don't believe that for one minute! People have to educate themselves and others, get involved in your local community, as well as on the national level.

WE have to unite and speak as one in 2012 !

Give the President a true majority in Congress!  
We must to bring those accountable for changing the definition of 
"WE THE PEOPLE"

Repeal the Corporate pouring of money into buying our elections.  
We must have a majority to take this country forward and out of harms way! 
It will take years to undo, what they Republicans have done, let's get to it! 

Get rid of them and get the country moving again!

A Warning for Women and Those who Love Them!

­"Republicans want smaller government with less control over our personal lives."

Conservatives want  nothing short of ideologica­l control of lives - control over women in particular­.

Republicans want to criminalize abortion but at the same time they want to eliminate funding for all the programs that help poor mothers and children. They deny women the ability to control how many children they have then also deny them the help they need to raise the children they have. It all comes down to their desire to control women and keep them dependent. stem from a set of basic and consistent religious principles that have long been at the heart of conservative, Republican politics.

Women need to have more children and they need to be prevented from having any sort of control over when they get pregnant or how often they get pregnant. At the same time, they must be denied any assistance (public assistance, as opposed to faith-based assistance from churches where aid can be tied to accepting traditional Christian ideas about women's social roles) in raising those kids, educating those kids, or keeping those kids healthy. This is their idea of to force women to abandon their rebellion against God and men. 

Once they abandon their feminist rebellion, they will recognize their true place at the feet of the men in their lives. Once they take the learn their place in society, men will also learn their place and then all of society will be healthy again. The economy will be right again, politics will be right again, and all will be good with the world. In this way, practically everything that's wrong with the world is attributed one way or another to women failing to adhere to the traditional social roles that Christianity demands. In effect, women and feminism are to blame for everything and thus putting them in their place is the solution to everything.

Republicans are anti personal freedom. They only support freedom of corporations to control the world. They want people censored so people will be good sheep. They want to take our rights away...

Birthers, Tea Party and other White Trash

Lets say that you are not Anglo White Male. Hey you are in the majority!

OK for the sake of argument, as if I can stir one up with you lame asses, even if your name is anonymous.

Lets say that you are in a group of black and brown people who showed up with guns at events attended by the President, threatening nullification and secession, and engaging in treasonous talk, how many seconds would pass before they were locked up and taken out by the F.B.I. as threats to the security of the State? If you guest 14 seconds, you are a winner and may pick a prize.

The natural order of things equates being White and male with having natural authority and ability--a set of traits which exist without question or doubt regardless of competence or ability. Whiteness deems the inverse for people of color.

Whiteness equals authority. Thus, any White person, at any time, can question the accomplishments of a person of color.

Whiteness is a get-out-of-jail-free card. 

Whiteness is also the freedom to be utterly unreflective regarding the foolishness and madness of one's deeds and statements as long as the target of such madness is "the Other"

White privilege is freedom from accountability.

To be truly American, a person must be White. This is one of the central unspoken but widely accepted truths of race in America.

White privilege is the ability to be "normal" and "invisible." 

Whiteness is never interrogated. 

Whiteness is the default position for viewing the world. It is a cognitive map and means of processing reality. 

Whiteness is the ability and power to reframe reality. Despite whatever documents or evidence exists.

America witnessed the rise of Sarah Palin to fame and glory, a woman who rides White populism and racial resentment in much the same way that a witch rides a broom. As a second addition to the Tea Party GOP's Rogues Gallery there is a carnival barker named Donald Trump, a man who once lurked stage left but is now the GOP front runner as he perfectly embodies PT Barnum's famous observation that "There is a sucker born every minute while shilling for the worst and most ugly nativist and xenophobic impulses of the White Conservative Soul.

If you are a person of color, with the same reputation of 1/2 Governor Palin, do you think you would garner 1/10 of the interest she does?

If you were a silver spooned multiple bankrupt shiester, would you have millions of people supporting you?
