Stupid legislative bills are a reflection of the legislator Stupid Republicans! WTF!?

Legislation, moved by Florida senator Jim Morgan, would make it a felony to take photos or videos of farms without written permission from the owners. The bill does not explain the reasons behind it.
A similar bill was put forward in Iowa, but that one focuses on making it illegal for people to shoot undercover videos and gain access to farming facilities under false pretenses.
Proposed penalties include fines of up to $7,500 and up to five years in prison.

The Iowa legislation is in response to animal activist groups, which have released videos taken from inside farming facilities, said Iowa Senator Sandy Greiner.“They film it to bring a business down, and that individual that’s abusing those animals should be prosecuted as well as the person filming because they’re allowing it to happen without attempting to stop it,” she told theBrownfield Ag News. She also wants the bill to apply to county fairs, rodeos and other situations involving livestock.

Neither bill has yet been passed. The Florida bill is proposed to take affect July 1.

Factory farms and the people who work at them are not always very nice, but banning photography there is not the answer. These laws would be difficult to enforce and there are already rules in place to deter animal abuse.

But wait! As Republicans want cows and vegitables to have more rights, they want the poor to have less!

Republicans in Minnesota are pushing a bill which would make it a crime for people on public assistance to have more $20 in cash in their pockets on any given month. Previously, their proposal was to ban them for having any money at all.

None of the officials who moved these bills could not be reached for comment. WTF do you think?

Little Sara can't come out to play. She is in federal prison for 5 years for taking a picture of  a cow with her pink kitty camera.

Really, what is wrong with you people!!!!!!!!

Ass Wipe Florida Gun Laws or Rick Scott Bonerhead!

One of us is Rick Scott.

Rick Scott, medicaid thief and self proclaimed full-blown 2nd amendment supporter who is now the T-bag governor (who payed 74 million of his own "stolen"money to become governor)

This NRA glory hole has decided that Florida's meager gun laws are too strict. We already have the "Bring your guns to work" law and if you feel threatened in your home, you can kill anyone and get off  "Scott" free.

Bills now up for consideration will entitle you to carry your concealed weapon in the open. This bill would also allow you to carry your gun, in the open, on university campuses and in private schools. Hey wants a dead student or 20?

Another bill prohibits doctors from asking patients about gun ownership. The fine is up to $5 million dollars and five years in prison. Crazy? Doctor can't ask if you have a gun and are a threat!

The third bill would limit gun  regulation to the state. Prohibiting local governments from passing or enforcing any gun laws.

The reasons given for these laws?

"It is the right thing to do" "I have no reservations on pushing the bill" "The only way to stop a perpetrator is with equal force" Rep Evers (R).

"The casual removal of a sport coat at a restaurant or a gust of wind can suddenly expose a legally concealed weapon and put the owner in violation of the open carry ban." Marion Hammer, Former NRA president and lobbyist for Unified Sportsmen of Florida. I'm sure you love to flash your penis gun!

"An open-carry law would deter crime. For example, a would-be bank robber might think twice if he or she saw someone standing nearby with a weapon"  I am sure the tellers are thrilled at this idea.

I am sure that the picture in the minds of these ass wipes is that of white male manly men with guns. Protecting the frail women folk and shooting any shade of skin color darker than albino!

I am all for it! Forget about wheels for your ride, big penis guns are all the rage! What a great arms race this will foster. I can see it now.......

Gun owner one: "My gun got more bling than yours!"
BLAM!!
Gun owner two: "Your gun is mine now!"

If I was a tourist, I WOULD NOT VISIT FLORIDA!
If I was planning to retire in Florida, I WOULD NOT!

The next Republican-T-Bag town hall, campaign stump, etc., lets all take our guns and carry signs such as "Democrats with Guns!" or "Liberals are liable to pop a cap" or "Gays can still shoot straight!"

Oh, by the way Mr. Scott, where are the 700,000 jobs you promised?

Rick Scott, Tea Baging Florida one old fart at a time.

Welcome to the land that time forgot. The everglades swamp, gators the size of a small car.

Now the biggest gator of the land has spent $73,000,000.00 from the $300,000,000.00 of "earnings" his former hospital corporation, Columbia/HCA  ripping off Medicare to the tune of, ready for this?  $1.7 BILLION DOLLARS....That's $1,700,000,000.00 dollars his company was fined for taking YOUR money.

So this Scott dude, The same guy who allowed systemic and rampant fraud of the federal government to take place, runs for governor and wins. ...because people who he stole from are too stupid to listen to anything other than FOX and the Florida republican news media.

Florida votes a multi BILLION dollar thief into office!!!!!!

Now Scott is paying his staffers with gift cards!
Could the Scott campaign be using the cards to pay their staffers in denominations so small, they don’t have to report the wages to the IRS?

Solantic, the Scott company that operates a string of for-profit clinics across Florida
Charged with employment discrimination, Medicare fraud, wrongful death,
repeatedly used doctors name and medical license information without their permission or knowledge. By allegedly misappropriating their information, the company was able to keep clinics operating in contravention of state law.

Scott and Solantic have repeatedly refused to release any of the settlement agreements, depositions, or any other information they can conceal behind a wall of confidentiality.

And so the collapse of Florida begins!

Oh, The new Lt. Governor is being investigated by the FBI for forgery.

WTF happened to this country when the crooks rule openly?

Rebublicans Hump bp's Leg!

WTF!!!!!!!Like the well paid whore dogs they are, Republicans are sticking up for bp! WTF!!!!!!!

Mississippi governor Haley Barbor (R) said that “It’s just as possible that what happens here will be manageable and of moderate and even minimal impact.” Barbour further went on to caution against “washing our face in it” but said the spill could still render the ocean safe enough to allow “jumping off the boat to ski.”

Will killing all the animals in the Gulf of Mexico make the water safe for you wussy governor?

When the Obama administration did something useful and scored the $20 billion escrow account, Barbour expressed “concern” that the fund could cut into BP’s profits.

BTW, If you didn't know, bp's profits for the first quarter of 2010 were $5.6 BILLION.

Sen. Inhofe (R) of Oklahoma blocked a bill to raise the cap on corporate oil spill liability from the ridiculously piddling amount of $80 million. "Any company that can't afford to clean up its own messes doesn't deserve the right to drill off-shore.

Michele Bachmann (R) called the escrow account a “redistribution of wealth fund.”

Former Texas Representative Dick Armey (R) said that Obama lacks the constitutional authority to set up such a fund.

Georgia Representative Tom Price (R) said, "BP's reported willingness to go along with the White House's new fund suggests that the Obama administration is hard at work exerting its brand of Chicago-style shakedown politics. These actions are emblematic of a politicization of our economy that has been borne out of this administration's drive for greater power and control."

Joe Barton (R) of Texas, The top recipient of oil and gas industry campaign contributions of $1,447,880. left this steaming pile of dog shit on the Congressional Senate floor after his massive leg hump.

I'm speaking now totally for myself. I'm not speaking for the Republican Party, I'm not speaking for anybody in the House of Representatives but myself. But I'm ashamed of what happened in the White House yesterday. I think it is a tragedy of the first proportion that a private corporation could be subjected to what I would characterize as a shakedown--in this case, a $20 billion shakedown--with the attorney general of the United States, who is legitimately conducting a criminal investigation, and has every right to do so to protect the interests of the American people, participating in what amounts to a $20 billion slush fund that's unprecedented in our nation's history, that's got no legal standing, and which sets, I think, a terrible precedent for the future ... There is no question that BP is liable for the damages. But we have a due process system where we go through hearings, in some cases court cases, litigation, and determine what those damages are and when those damages should be paid. So I'm only speaking for myself, I'm not speaking for anybody else, but I apologize. I do not want to live in a country where any time a citizen or a corporation does something that is legitimately wrong, he's subjected to some sort of political pressure that is again, in my words, amounts to a shakedown. So I apologize.

So please leave the country! Only the oil companies will miss you bitch.

And the "CMA*" award goes to.........

Republican House leaders John Boehner (R), Eric  Cantor (R) and Mike Pence (R)  whom came out with the following statement.

"BP itself has acknowledged that responsibility for the economic damages lies with them and has offered an initial pledge of $20 billion dollars for that purpose,"
*Cover My Ass, not Country Music Awards.

With all these R's coming to poor, small bp's rescue from the tyrannical Obama, They sounds like a bunch of pirates to me!

WTF? people! These republicans are sending into the hole while pushing you off a cliff at the same time. These unamerican bitches do not care for you the SMALL people. Forget them when you vote, as if you could actually drag your sorry ass off the couch. You won't vote or you have no idea who you are voting for, such as the case of Greene-D in South Carolina. All you can do is sit and bitch, bitch.

"ARRRRR, we are here to plunder you! ARRRRRRRR

Who Will Be The First To Pull The Trigger?

WTF!? Guns being bantered around town hall meetings?

Will America begin seeing the type of political violence that other countries endure? Intimidation, polling places being bombed, voters shot and killed. The American 2008 election had the largest voter turn out since 1964, just under 60%, ranking the US 35th in world for voting turn out. And that poor ranking is without the violence other voter endure.

We already had a non-violent fixed presidential election in 2000 involving Florida Governor John Ellis "Jeb" Bush, the former Secretary of State Katherine Harris and the Florida Supreme Court.

“They can have my gun when they can pry it from my cold dead hand” Obviously these are people who do have health insurance.

"We're just exercising our constitutional rights." This would be the right as a member of a well regulated militia protecting the security of the Free State at town hall meetings?

Or are they easily per swayed intimidators for the insurance companies? Just as the “Brown Shirts” carried out intimidation against the German populace for Hitler?

I just hope that this is not what our political system has come to, Gestapo tactics verses intelligent discourse.

Sheriff Mike Scott Beats the Hatch Act Rap

The Hatch act is intended to prevent public officials from becoming involved in elections.

A Florida sheriff, Mike Scott, was charged with violating this act when he, dressed in his Sheriffs Chief uniform, spoke to 9,000 people at a Republican rally for Sarah Palin. He brought up Barack Hussein Obama with an emphasis on Hussein hoping to invoke a tie to terrorism and fear.

Erica Hamrick, deputy chief of the Hatch Act Unit said that The U.S office of Special Counsel Says that Scott did violate the Hatch Act but closed the case when she thought the federal board that rules on these matters may not rule in the Special Counsels favor.

The Florida Commission of Ethics could have investigated Scott for corruptly using his office for gain. They choose not to investigate the complaints.

Some also are questioning whether Scott violated the county code of ethics. The statute says no county government employees are allowed to wear any uniform or clothing that would identify them as such while engaging in a political campaign not sponsored by the county, even if they are off-duty. But the sheriff, according to Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Larry King, is not considered an employee of the county — he is an elected official. His budget (Pay check) is approved by the county, but he answers to the governor and to his constituents.

Sheriff Scott said "This official closure is my second vindication.....The first was on Inauguration Day when our president put his hand on the bible and took the oath with the exact same name I mentioned in my speech."

Sheriff Scott said this 6 days later about an officer he fired. "It is always regrettable to part company with members on unfavorable terms; however, our standards remain high and our tolerance for wrongdoing low." The officer was fired for downloading porn on his office computer, not illegal but is against sheriff office policies. What Scott did is also wrong, legaly wrong, but the Sheriff gets away with it.

WTF! Scott, It must be nice to be a Republican in a Republican county in a Republican state. Double standards X 3.

Florida Python Hunting Permit

My python boot is too tight
I couldn't get it off last night

Florida Governor Charlie Crist, Senator Bill Nelson and other officials propose putting a bounty on pythons. South Florida hunters and hunting clubs from tramping out to state wildlife preserves to whip up enthusiasm for python extermination and then posting trophy photos of themselves with 10- to 15-ft. snakes on the Internet.

A week went by
And now it's July

There are an estimated 150,000 Pythons roaming the everglades national park and any effective bounty program would require lifting the ban on hunting in the federally managed Everglades, something U.S. officials are considering doing.

I finally got it off
And my girlfriend cried, YOU GOT STINK-FOOT!

It won't be long before Governor Christ wises up and issues permits on other exotic species that are overrunning Florida and it fauna. Pythons, Vervet monkeys, Nile monitor lizards and the all so taste Iguana and wild Hogs. I see a nice income from exotic game permit's. WTF Charlie!, it's another form of tourist driven cash flow for a cash strapped state and helps to solve the exotic animal problem.

The Tail of Two Floridians

Rush Limbaugh Arrested On Drug Charges

West Palm Beach, Florida 05.28.06

Prosecutors' three-year investigation of Mr.Limbaugh of "doctor shopping," or illegally deceiving multiple doctors to receive overlapping prescriptions, after learning that he received about 2,000 Oxycontin painkillers ( that works out to 11 pills a day), prescribed by four doctors in six months at a pharmacy near his Palm Beach Mansion. Mr. Limbaugh stated his addiction to painkillers resulted from several years of severe back pain heightened by a botched surgery intended to correct those problems. (This will sound familiar later)

People like Limbaugh should go to jail, says Limbaugh.

"There's nothing good about drug use. We know it. It destroys individuals. It destroys families. Drug use destroys societies. Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. And the laws are good because we know what happens to people in societies and neighborhoods, which become consumed by them. And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up."

"What this says to me is that too many whites are getting away with drug use. Too many whites are getting away with drug sales. Too many whites are getting away with trafficking in this stuff. The answer to this disparity is not to start letting people out of jail because we're not putting others in jail who are breaking the law. The answer is to go out and find the ones who are getting away with it, convict them and send them up the river, too."

..We are becoming too tolerant as a society, folks, especially of crime, in too many parts of the country.... This country certainly appears to be tolerant, forgive and forget. I mean, you know as well as I do, you go out and commit the worst murder in the world and you just say you're sorry, people go, "Oh, OK. A little contrition."... People say, "I feel better. He said he's sorry for it." We're becoming too tolerant, folks. "

--Rush Limbaugh TV show (10/5/95)

"I want to let you read along with me a quote from Jerry Colangelo about substance abuse, and I think you'll find that he's very much right…"I know every expert in the world will disagree with me, but I don't buy into the disease part of it. The first time you reach for a substance you are making a choice. Every time you go back, you are making a personal choice. I feel very strongly about that."...

-Rush Limbaugh TV show (9/23/93)

"Rush is a great American. I am confident he can overcome any obstacles he faces right now,” George W. Bush
Was quoted in the Washington Post as telling his staff the other day after Limbaugh’s racist comments on ESPN and the first revelations that Rush was an illegal drug user.

Under the terms of the deal with prosecutors called a pretrial diversion, Limbaugh entered a not guilty plea to the charge, spokesman Tony Knight said. “It was all a formality. It’s a concluded deal.”

The radio giant has maintained his innocence throughout the investigation (though he had publicly announced that he was addicted to pain killers).

Under the deal, Mr. Limbaugh also agreed to pay the state $30,000 (.0009 % of his stated yearly salary) to defray the public cost of the investigation and must pay $30 per month for the cost of supervision, during which time he will continue regular drug tests.

Mr. Limbaugh was cleared of the charge. (Are you surprised?)

The second Floridian is Richard Paey, serving a 25-year sentence in Florida, was convicted in 2005 of drug trafficking for possessing a large quantity of prescription narcotics. He says he needed the medicine to alleviate the excruciating pain caused by a car crash and subsequent botched back surgery. (Remember, Mr. Limbaugh used this defense also.)

But Florida officials say he was purchasing too much of the drug for personal use. In an interview, Paey's wife, Linda, said three months of police surveillance revealed no evidence that Paey was selling drugs, but police were able to charge him with drug trafficking anyway, under Florida laws that don't require evidence of actual sale.

When the Paey’s moved to Florida in 1994 because Richards father was dying of cancer there, Linda Paey said her husband found it increasingly difficult to get the medicine he needed. Doctors feared being charged with a crime if they prescribed enough to alleviate his suffering, she said.

"They assumed that ... he was taking too many medicines for one person to take," Linda Paey said. "They thought that he had to be selling."

Paey was arrested in 1997. It took three trials and seven years to convict him of drug trafficking. The first trial ended in a mistrial; the second resulted in a conviction that was thrown out on a legal technicality, and a third produced guilty verdicts on 15 charges of drug trafficking, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, and possession of a controlled substance. Paey was sentenced to the mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison in 2004.

Paey was granted a full pardon by Governor Charlie Crist in September of 2007."(See, not all Republicans are rotten Oranges)

"The drug war has gotten so fierce that doctors are afraid (to prescribe properly) and then they drive patients to do crazy things," she said. "How do we, as taxpayers and citizens, justify police around things that should be a public health issue, not a criminal issue?"

Then there is former Florida Governor Jeb Bush's daughter, Noelle, whose addictions to prescription drugs and arrests have been highly publicized but have not earned her lengthy prison terms.

WTF kind of double standard is this? Regular folks suffering in pain get persicuted while the powerful get their wrist slapped is what kind it is. Yet you put up with their crap while you or your loved ones suffer!

A personal note:

When my father was dying from brain cancer, a very painful way to die, the nurse would not increase his Moraphine dose even though she could see he was in pain.
The reason given? "It might cause constipation."
He died two days later.
